Since the start of 2023, I have been working on the development of 3 strength-based training programmes.



Most people struggle with knowing how to get strong, build muscle and progress effectively.



I teach people how to gain strength, build muscle and stay motivated whilst enjoying the process and seeing the physical benefits.



Step One into Strength
(8 weeks - £100)

LAUNCHED IN MAY, AUGUST AND NOVEMBER

Ideal for any gym-goer who fancies mixing things up with an 8-week strength block of training.

Build strength and muscle with an easy-to-follow programme that includes video tutorials

The perfect programme for anyone interested in the sport of Powerlifting with potentially a goal to compete.

  • Weekly check-ins on whatever platform is most preferable to you. (Via the Steel Powerlifting app/Whatsapp/Facebook/Video Calls)
  • Access to the programme via the Steel Powerlifting app – including video tutorials and progress tracking opportunities.
  • Access to an extensive nutrition library.
  • Access to a support network that includes others with the same goal.

Step Two into Strength
(8 weeks - £120)

A continuation from Step One.
If you enjoyed the results and benefits from Step One, you can continue your journey into strength training with Step Two.

  • Weekly check-ins on whatever platform is most preferable to you. (Via the Steel Powerlifting app/Whatsapp/Facebook/Video Calls)
  • Access to the programme via the Steel Powerlifting app – including video tutorials and progress tracking opportunities.
  • Access to an extensive nutrition library.
  • Access to a support network that includes others with the same goal.
  • Access to a new 8 week programme.
  • Individualised exercises based on your needs.

Step Three into Strength
(8 weeks - £140)

A continuation from Step Two.
If you enjoyed the results and benefits from Step Two, you can continue your journey into strength training with Step Three.

  • Weekly check-ins on whatever platform is most preferable to you. (Via the Steel Powerlifting app/Whatsapp/Facebook/Video Calls)
  • Access to the programme via the Steel Powerlifting app – including video tutorials and progress tracking opportunities.
  • Access to an extensive nutrition library.
  • Access to a support network that includes others with the same goal.
  • Access to a new 8 week programme.
  • Individualised exercises based on your needs.

Group Training Sessions
(optional - £20 per session)

Access to a 2-hour small group training session.
Face to face coaching in a friendly group setting - based at Fitness 24 gym in Gosport.

  • Personal training in a small group setting. A chance to go through any personalised exercises, technique adjustments as well as a positive team experience.

If you enjoy training with me and continue through all 3 programmes, that is 6 months of coaching for £360.00.

After you have completed Step One, Step Two and Step Three.. your progression does not have to stop there. If you decide that you’d like to continue your strength journey, then personalised online coaching may be suitable for you.
