As well as set Steel Powerlifting programmes, there is the option to move straight towards individualised coaching and you can start this at any time. You may feel that you are too advanced for a set programme and would prefer an individualised approach that looks at your own personal strengths and weakness from the outset. It may also be the case that you have additional needs (i.e injuries/lifestyle commitments) that may inhibit you from starting a set programme.
